Holy Water of the Mulhorand & Unther Gods
These special powers are usable by any character unless a special class restriction or other limiting factor is noted. No holy water is barred from anyone, but a priest would have severe reservations about using the waters of a radically opposed faith.
All Holy waters do 2d4 damage to Evil aligned creatures, and Unholy waters do 2d4 points of damage when used on a Good aligned creature.
Assuran (Hoar) - Revenge, Retribution, Poetic Justice
When actively seeking revenge on a person(s), this holy water will allow the drinker track unerringly his prey as long as he has a place to start tracking from where teh user was known to be. Usable by anyone who is actively seeking revenge for themselves or another.
Anhur - War, Conflict, Physical Prowess, Thunder, Rain, Storms
Consumption of this Holy water will increase one physical ability temporarily. Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution may be affected. The drinker gains one point in one of these abilities for purposes of making ability checks only. This increase lasts for 24 hours, and another draught may not be consumed for three days following (doing so will result in no effect, save resetting the three day period).
Bast (Sharess) - Hedonism, Lust, Excess, Sensual Fulfillment, Cats, Pleasure Seekers
Use of this Holy water grants +1 Charisma for 12 hours. Usable by anyone.
Geb - The Earth, Miners, Mines, Mineral Resources
The drinker of this Holy Water can detect unerringly the direction to OR value of any gems and precious metals within 100 feet. Usable only by clergy of Geb.
Hathor - Childbirth, Motherhood, Folk Music, Dance, Poetry, The Moon, Fate
Use of this Holy water eases pain during childbirth, and reduces the chances of negative complications. Usable by Clergy of Hathor or Isis.
Horus-Re - The Sun, Vengeance, Rulership, Kings, Life
Applying this Holy Water to one's skin will protect it from the Sun for 24 hours. The user will not sunburn, or suffer from heat exhaustion or heat strike. Usable by anyone.
Isis - Weather, Rivers, Agriculture, Love, Marriage, Good Magic
The drinker of this holy water can acertain weather patterns (or lack thereof) in an area, once per draught. This is the equivilent of having made a successful weather knowledge NWP check. Usable by anyone.
Nephthys - Wealth, Commerce, Guardian of the Dead, Protector of Children
This water appears clear, but it can be used as ink. Anything written in this ink is immune to all methods of erasing or alteration, magical or mundane, as long as Nepthys is in power. Usable by anyone.
Osiris - Vegetation, Death, The Dead, Harvest, Justice
Holy water of Osiris can be employed to ensure plants bear the greatest fruits (or vegetables) possible. Any plant watered regularaly (at least once per 10 day ride) with this Holy water will produce the best fruit possible as long as the watering continues. Tomatoes will be large and plump; Apples will be the juciest around, etc. Usable by anyone with the Agriculture NWP.
Sebek - River Hazards, Crocodiles, Werecrocodiles, Wetlands, Rivers
If applied to the feet, this Unholy water allows the user to walk across swampy terrain without sinking. Unfortunately, the water also has a habit of attracting crocodiles. Usable by anyone.
Set - Evil, The Desert, Desert Storms, Destruction, Night, Drought, Rot, Preadators and Carrion-Eaters, Snakes, Hate, Malice, Betrayal, Evil Magic, Ambition, Poison, Murder
Pouring this Unholy liquid into a different liquid of no more than on quart in volume evaporates out all the water in that second liquid, often leaving salt, minerals or other deposits behind. Usable by anyone.
Thoth - Neutral Magic, Scribes, Knowledge, Secrets, Invention
The priesthood of Thoth puts no faith in the use of Holy Waters, and the faith uses none of any sort.
Tiamat - Evil Dragons, Chromatic Dragons, Evil Reptiles, Greed, Chessenta
Unholy water of Tiamat will heal evil dragons, and will harm any good aligned dragon (tho 2d4 damage to a dragon is rather minor in most cases).
